Currently in its beta stage, Knicker Picker, is a new website looking to make it a little easier to shop for undergarments online. Their digital dressing room gives web visitors the chance to see their selections on real life models before having to commit to purchases.
Once site visitors see a piece they might want to sport they simply drag it on to the model with a body type similar to theirs (or the person they are buying for). The model then hits the runway and struts off the selection giving users the option to zoom in and turn for multiple views.
Currently only three female body types are available and the technology doesn’t seem to support mix and match selections but it’s a much nicer approach than the traditional stale flat image most online shops offer.
Drop it like its hot.

Photo editing novice or geek, it looks like Big Huge Labs is yet another photo editing application to keep on your radar. While I have yet to take advantage of their software download, I had a great time messing around with their library of free online photo editing tools.
If you have been looking for an easy way to turn practically any portrait (with at least some potential) into a Warhol rendition, jigsaw puzzle, movie poster, trading card, calendar, rubix cube or mosaic then give BHL a shot.
Another cool feature is the Hi-Res option. Currently BHL is offering a 3 day pass that allows you to download your masterpiece in Hi-Resolution format for $5 USD. This seems like it could be a great service for creating party decor for occasions like birthdays, baby and bridal showers etc.

Whether your New Year’s resolution was to take more photographs or to be more responsible, eSnips can be your partner in reaching that goal. From start to finish, Esnips makes online storage easy and interactive. Store back up copies of anything from videos, music and pictures to all the powerpoint presentations you can fit on the free 5GB storage space given to new members.
Additional features include streaming your stored music files from any computer with internet connection, online photo slideshows with stored photographs and opt in community groups.

You would be lying if you said you were never curious to know what those that live around you pay for rent. Rentometer is a fun little website that geographically tags apartments surrounding your neighborhood with rent tabs using google maps.
Unfortunately, the website doesn’t have enough user data to differentiate what a first floor apartment pays versus say a fifth floor walk up in a given location BUT nonetheless it does the job.

With four membership options available, Zamzar offers even the most frugal consumer an easy solution to converting files without the hassle of registration or software downloads.
For those just looking for the free option, you will find that you are limited to converting up to 5 files concurrently at a max of 100MB each. The other three memberships range from $7 - 49/month and promise better support, online storage and up to 1GB file size conversions.

Ad supported media is a beautiful thing for those that don’t feel like dishing out cash for services like Game Tap . While many online gaming options exist for the casual gamer, Most Fun offers free unlimited-unlocked game play for anyone willing to download their game player. With a library of over 100 recognizable titles, users will be happy to know that not all of them require ad support for free game play. Cha-ching.
P.S. According to the website, once the player is downloaded you no longer need internet access to be able to play the games

Microsoft’s Window Live Messenger recently launched a new initiative that will donate a portion of advertising revenue to charitable causes worldwide when users start a conversation using the instant messenger program.
Simply download the software and change your settings in order to designate a preferred charity. Currently you can choose from:
- American Red Cross
- The Boys and Girls Club of America
- Humane Society
- National Aids Fund
- National MS Society,
- Ninemillion.org
- Sierra Club
- Stopglobalwarming.org
- UNICEF
- Susan G. Comen For The Cure.
While Good Search has been using this model for years I support the initiatives that give users the control to choose where they direct their personal contributions.
