Have you ever imagined how easy life could be if you could take the qualities of your favorite animals and combine them into one? Kind of like a Gir-eleph-iger? Don’t feel bad neither have I but apparently that’s the hook for IBM’s newest edition of Lotus Notes.

The online campaign “Create Simplicity” targets business executives worldwide in an effort to educate them on the convenience of the software’s newest tools and its integration with other project management programs like Domino 8. By visiting the online website users are invited to have a little fun by mashing up their three favorite animals to create an exotic never-seen-before species that could potentially make living a whole lot easier. Like, say … a pig that can serve up bacon and eggs.

Unfortunately, despite promising a piece of software that helps business managers across the world run a tighter ship IBM still can’t promise these same managers that adopt Lotus Notes 8 a holiday bonus. I guess the term work-horse sums things up…
